How can I check whether my order has been processed successfully?
As soon as we have received your order, we will send you an email with the details of your order.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you accidentally receive a defective item, please contact us at webshop@koncon.nl.
What should I do if I receive a wrong item?
If you accidentally receive an item that you have not ordered, please contact us via webshop@koncon.nl.
How do I know if the item I want to order is available?
If there are not enough items in stock in the webshop, this will be announced on the website.
How can I find my size?
We have size charts for our Royal Conservatoire apparel items! Since our apparel items come from different vendors, sizing may differ per style. You can view the size chart for a particular item on the product page.
Payment
How can I pay for my purchase?
We currently accept iDeal and Credit card as payment methods.
Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
We ship all items once a week. The delivery time within the Netherlands is approximately 5 working days. Delivery times for shipments outside the Netherlands vary per destination.
How much are the shipping costs?
For orders in the Netherlands, the shipping and handling costs are € 4.95, regardless of the number of items ordered. Foreign rates are in accordance with the rates of PostNL and are calculated and indicated in the check out process.
Can I also order from abroad?
Yes, that's possible. For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for local taxes and fees.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via PostNL.
Returns
Within what period must an item be returned?
After receiving your order, you can return the product within 15 business days. Returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. Always contact us via webshop@koncon.nl before returning your items.
Are there any costs associated with the return?
For returned products, the charged shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. We do have a size chart and several pictures to make sure you order the right size.
When will I receive the amount of my return?
After the return shipment has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition) we will refund the amount as soon as possible.
What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
